Training Programs

After an interview and questionnaire assessment of what your needs and wants are then I will make a training plan. Your personalized training plan is designed and frequently updated during the week by your private coach Eric factoring in your specifics: goals, improving fitness, individualized adaptability to mileage and pace, and heart-rate data (Resting HR, Maximum HR, Training HR Zones). These fully customized plans are also based on your frequently reviewed feedback (email only), and your unique training inputs.

TRAINING PLAN INCLUDES: workout type, purpose, distance, pace/intensity, heart rate zones or perceived effort scales.

COACHING: phone or Zoom calls with your private coach; email replies to your specific training questions, plus personalized coaching comments throughout your Training Plan.

Training/Goals Questionnaire is required for an individualized Training Plan.
